Cancellation conditions

Cancellation of the contract by the tenant incurs fees, which apply as agreed below. We always recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance. Cancellation fees from the contract are:

• 20% of the rental price in the event of withdrawal up to 61 days before check-in,
• 50% of the rental price in the event of withdrawal 60 to 35 days before check-in,
• 80% of the rental price in the event of withdrawal from 34 to 21 days before check-in,
• 90% of the rental price in the event of cancellation 20 days or less before check-in.

In consultation, it is possible to provide a replacement partner under the same travel conditions.
